Must have the ability to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers, in English.
Must be a self-starter, organized, able to assist client needs, and provide overall guest satisfaction.
Directly responsible for efficient check-in and check-out procedures as well as providing the highest level of professional and courteous service to guests.
Must be knowledgeable in all resort services and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Must have prior experience with front desk procedures.
At least (2) two years of front desk/reservation service experience.
Must speak fluent English.
Other languages welcomed.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
Respond appropriately to guest complaints and needs.
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with co-workers and perform other duties as assigned.
This job requires the ability to perform the following:
Frequently standing up behind the desk and front office areas.
Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Handling objects, products, and computer equipment.
Use a keyboard to operate various property management and reservations systems, etc.
