The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing assistance with product selection, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, have a friendly and professional demeanor, and be able to learn basic shoe knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with stocking shelves and other duties as assigned.
Keep track of inventory levels and notify management when items need to be reordered.
