We are currently seeking an Internet Sales Representative to join our Teddy Morse's Daytona Harley-Davidson team!
Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming sales calls and Internet leads Maintain an accurate database with customer information, notes etc.
Support on-line customers by establishing rapport, answering questions, providing information and setting appointments
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills High level of energy and professionalism while communicating via phone, text or email Ability to learn and execute phone scripts confidently and fluidly A strong team player with the ability to work independently Why Teddy Morse's Daytona Harley-Davidson?
