To assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department and to direct the in-service educational programs in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to ensure that the highest level of quality care is maintained at all times.
Qualifications:
Must be a Registered Nurse, according to state requirements, in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state licensure requirements; Must maintain current CPR certification; Must be at least 18 years of age; Must show ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner; Must speak and understand English; Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care facility or other healthcare related facility; Must be knowledgeable of general, rehabilitative and restorative nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long-term care; Must possess the ability to plan and develop new programs; Positive attitude toward the elderly; Must be willing to seek out methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing training practices.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
