Customer Service Representative - outbound calling
Ormond Beach, FL Ormond Beach, FL Full-time Full-time $18 - $20 an hour $18 - $20 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago United Water Restoration Group is seeking to hire a warm and friendly Customer Service Representative that has strong communication and customer service skills to join our team as an outbound customer service specialist in our corporate office located in Ormond Beach, FL.
This is not a remote position; this requires in office schedule.
Since 2008 United Water Restoration Group has been assisting the State of Florida by restoring their property after damage caused by water, fire or mold.
Our technicians operate 24/7 to assist our clients when they are in need.
Your role will be ensuring that their satisfaction is our number one priority from day one to the very last day we're on property.
Our ideal candidate is both smart and charismatic; someone who is not easily intimidated when navigating our clients though the stressful process of bringing their property back.
You will contact the property owner on day one of service, continuing though the last day we are on the job site.
After work has been completed, it will be your responsibility to ensure that they were satisfied with their work and to compete a post work survey.
This full-time position comes with plentiful growth opportunities.
Skills required:
Minimum 1 year CSR outbound/inbound calls experience required Experience in the Restoration industry highly preferred high school diploma or equivalent is required Experience using a CRM system Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times Excellent phone etiquette, a pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers Exceptional top-notch verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and courteous disposition.
Persuasive and results oriented.
Ability to multi task
Responsibilities:
Contact each client on first and last day of service to their property Get clients participation in end of work survey Generate online reviews on Google, yelp, Facebook and other platforms Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships Assist the collections team if needed Coordinate customer service efforts with other departments Maintain a working industry knowledge Scheule:
