, in the highly desirable Ormond Beach beachside area.
The position consists of light paralegal work with the goal of transitioning into a paralegal position.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent client service and communication skills -- both verbal and written, with a professional appearance for our office to handle intake with new clients.
They will assist with day-to-day office duties which primarily include:
answering phones, calling clients, scheduling appointments, preparing files and administrative work.
This position supports the attorney with various administrative tasks and client meeting preparation.
As the primary point of contact for the firm, you need to bring energy and positivity to interacting with clients and counsel.
Must be punctual, pleasant and effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
Experience in a law firm is a necessity.
At least one year of assistant experience is necessary.
The ideal candidate is a compassionate team player with an attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
This is a part time position of thirty (30) hours per week, beginning immediately.
Friday's are half days.
Excellent attendance is a must.
Dress code is business casual.
Competitive starting pay rate with regular opportunity for advancement and pay increases.
