Provides vocational nursing services under the supervision of an RN, to patients in their homes.
The value you'll bring to the team:
Performs nursing skills safely and competently.
Performs patient data collection in a holistic manner.
Provides accurate and complete documentation.
Schedules daily visits to facilitate patient needs.
Plans patient care in consultation with Registered nurse.
QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
One (1) year of LPN Experience Required Currently licensed in the State of Florida Required Certified in Basic Life Support/Adult and Infant/Pediatrics Required One (1) year experience in community health nursing Preferred Thirty (30) hours of Florida Board approved IV Therapy Course Preferred Wound Care Experience Preferred This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
