1 year (Preferred) Medical Spa knowledge (Preferred) Full Job Description Our relaxing medical spa is looking to add an enthusiastic Front Desk / Customer Relations Manager.
We are looking for the perfect fit for our small work family.
MUST have a bubbly/ sweet personality.
MUST be organized and efficient.
Job Duties include:
Answering and returning phone calls and emails from current or potential clients with a confident and friendly demeanor.
Answer questions about our products and services, including helping strategically guide clients on which services they should book based on their concerns.
Respond to any client concerns with empathy and a customer-service mindset before forwarding the issue to be handled by management.
Being the welcoming face and voice as the first person of contact at the spa.
Maintain complete confidentiality in all matters by company policy.
Scheduling, changing, and canceling appointments Send and process electronic medical intake and consent forms to clients for services.
Handle the intake process for current and new clients.
Process payments Other administrative duties Make follow-up calls to clients Promote and sell skincare and packages Keeping office tidy Managing Inventory Turn over exam rooms Take progress pictures of clients Social Media post creation, planning, and publishing Record videos, take pictures, and to publish posts, stories, reels, and others on Insta/Facebook/Tiktok Desired Skills for this Role Experience with calling/scheduling/EMR system (Preferred) Sales experience Knowledge about skincare Knowledge about aesthetics Social Media savvy (Preferred) Enthusiastic and Personable- MUST Basic Computer Skills (Word/Excel/Adobe) Ability to use fax, copier, scanner, and email Canva experience (Preferred) The ability to calmly prioritize tasks- efficiently a MUST Motivated to continuously learn about our products and services to recommend them to clients effectively.
Ability to learn Organized Excellent Communication Taking the initiative for tasks that need to be done.
