Job Description:
The primary purpose of this position is to support the production and assembly department.
This includes, but not limited to hand process, count, assembly, check, test and package components and/or finished products.
Requires reading and following work instructions and procedures, as well as following verbal instructions.
As a member of the assembly and production team, you may be required to assist in other departments as the company needs.
Role and Responsibilities Ability to read and understand written work instructions and/or visual aids Ability to verify part numbers and date codes on labels and boxes Rotate through different tasks/functions within manufacturing and assembly (i.
e.
:
Make boxes, prep materials, load/unload raw materials, and/or package final products) Promote a safe and clean work environment by continuous cleaning throughout the day Assisting in quality assurance to ensure all parts meet Quality standards put forth by the customer Receive parts and materials, visually inspect all parts for defects to meet customer specifications Notify lead or management of any questions relating to the performance of job function, defective materials, components, tools or unusual operating problems Ability to perform repetitive production routines in compliance with specific processes and procedures Ability to perform repetitive fixture/machine operations in compliance with internal processes and procedures Ability to follow all safety procedures/rules Schedule:
1st and 2nd Shifts available Monday through Friday 6:
00am - 2:
30pm or 2:
00pm - 10:
30pm 8 hour shift
