This is a solo gig! You must feel confident in managing the bar and its vibe during your shift.

Responsibilities:
Prepare non-alcohol plant-based botanical beverages Interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks with enthusiasm Use sales tactics to improve shift sales Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Able to work autonomously while upholding company standards Promote a positive atmosphere within the bar Post regularly to our social media accounts (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook) Be a valuable and responsible member of the Tribe! Flexibility to work at other locations occasionally preferred REQUIREMENTS 1
year prior experience as bartender/kavatender/barista/customer service representative Demonstrates a positive, outgoing attitude and with excellent communication skills to spark up a conversation with anyone Must have ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and most importantly, clean Exudes a team spirited and growth oriented mindset.
Proven ability to memorize recipes and mix up our tasty drinks.
MUST be at least 18 years of age to apply.
