We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Operator to join our team.
As an Operator, you will be responsible for handling transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Shake Shop.
An opportunity for front desk duties is also available.
Responsibilities:
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently - Operate POS systems - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns - Prepare and serve shakes according to established recipes and food safety guidelines - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shake shop - Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction - Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cash handling and basic math skills - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Knowledge of blender operations - Familiarity with computer POS systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team setting Note:
