Our company owns and operates hotels.
This person will ensure that all staff at our locations follows procedures and comply with federal, local and company regulations and policies.
They will also assist leadership with associate behavior issues, progressive discipline, terminations and investigations.
We expect this person to collaborate with company leadership to help locations recruit and retain talent.
Part of their job duties include:
overseeing the hiring process from application to on-boarding for multiple locations in three States screening and interviewing potential candidates conducting background checks administering HR programs like benefits, compensation, bonus programs and holiday schedules Education and Training This position requires a minimum of 5 years of related of work experience.
We prefer to hire candidates with some professional certification and credentials within the Human Resources discipline.
