We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude - Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner - Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures is a plus - Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment - Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills - Multilingual abilities are highly desirable Skills:
