Incumbent will lead all financial administration, business planning, and budgeting.
Requires experience in manufacturing cost accounting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide accurate month end financial statement by the 10th of each month Manage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions Manage weekly cash flow updates Prepare month end commission calculations Manage month end Inventory cost allocation and closing function Realign the trial balance and G/L coding to accurately reflect indirect costs, direct costs and G&A costs Partner with the Chief Executive Officer and Fractional CFO on all operational and strategic issues as they arise; provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis.
Participate in the ongoing strategic planning process as an integral member of the management team.
Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with company's strategic plan.
Engage the President and COO to align financial management with short- and long-term financial planning and projections.
Engage management around issues, trends, and changes in the operating model and operational delivery.
Manage the year end audit process.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE BA/BS in Accounting, CPA desired, or two year degree from accredited university with a comparable amount of training and experience may be considered in lieu of requirements.

five years experience in high level accounting function with a comprehensive understanding of accounting procedures and accounting system operations in a manufacturing environment.
Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft programs.
Additionally proficient in a wide variety of accounting software programs.
Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills required; Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required; Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to evaluate problem situations and determine suitable solutions that increase efficiency and accuracy, set priorities, work independently and efficiently, initiate and advance multiple projects and meet objectives without supervision, must be self motivated.
