Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team.
The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Manage reservations and seating arrangements - Assist in maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment - Answer phone calls and take reservations - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to help resolve guest inquiries or issues promptly - Knowledge of phone etiquette and handling reservations efficiently - Basic understanding of food service operations This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment where you can enhance your customer service skills and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
