- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Operate phone systems to answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments - Assist with night audit duties as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role is preferred - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus - Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, check-ins, and check-outs - Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality management principles - Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays At our hotel, we strive to create a positive work environment where our employees can grow and succeed.
