We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PT.
Admin In this role, for assisting General Manager in all aspects of operations at the hotel, to day-to-day staff management and guests.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in various administrative tasks in hospitality.
Responsibilities:
-Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency -Supervise and evaluate staff -Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality -Handle customer complaints when necessary -Meet and greet the customers -Taking ownership on customer complaints -Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping -Assist with billing and invoicing - Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly -Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as hospitality manager -1 year expereince in hospitality - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage - Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute Job Type:
