Job
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Brewer to join our team.
As a Brewer, you will be responsible for the production and packaging of craft beer.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of high-quality beverages in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Duties:
- Operate brewing equipment and follow standard operating procedures - Monitor fermentation process and make adjustments as needed - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of brewing equipment and work area - Perform quality control checks throughout the brewing process - Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing ones - Package finished beer into kegs, or cans - Conduct routine maintenance on brewing equipment - Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization - Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Brewer in the craft beer industry is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues - Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks - Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
