Maycom, LLC, is a Sprint Preferred Retailer committed to providing Sprint customers superior customer service. We are seeking highly self motivated individuals for Sales Representative positions in our Ormond, FL location.

Qualifications
Sales experience an absolute must have
-Ability to work independently, as well as being team player
-Strong and persuasive outgoing personality with superior communication skills to engage potential customers
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a big plus
-Attention to detail and a desire to win and be successful
Job Details
-40 hours per week
-Must have a flexible schedule
-Job requires evening, weekend and holiday working hours
-Comprehensive training provided
Job Duties
-Exceed sales and service objectives by providing world-class service to customers in our retail stores
-Engage customers to identify their needs and match to our products and services
-Present the products and services we provide effectively
-Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
-Comply with company operational requirements
Earning Potential
-Hourly plus commissions with no cap on earnings
