Dispatcher for a Customer Service Position- Ormond Beach
DISPATCHER WANTED FOR BUSY OFFICE
Jaguar Technologies has immediate openings for hard working, organized individuals to work in a fast-paced clerical setting for a variety of shifts in our Daytona office, which is located near the intersection of US 1 and I 95. This position is crucial in directing day to day operations, bilingual preferred, but not required. MINIMUM of 1 year experience in a call center environment is required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have strong computer knowledge, Excel, Outlook, minimum 35 WPM typing
Strong communication skills - ability to use a multi-line phone system
Meticulously detail oriented
Positive attitude, team player, willingness to learn and takes initiative
Must be willing to work holidays/weekends
Must pass background check, includes Motor Vehicle, Criminal Report and Drug Screening

Data entry
Troubleshoot any issues
Large volume of Inbound/outbound calls
