We're looking for a Commercial Lines Account Associate to join our Ormond Beach, FL Team!This position would work to increase the overall service and support received during the initial transition of new producers and/or clients, in order to enhance the producer/client onboarding experience and secure new business for the organization.
Working under the direction of an Account Manager (AM) and/or Account Executive (AE) and following established industry and company guidelines; provides administrative and customer service support to AM and/or AE; and meeting all performance requirements regarding production, quality and ensuring that no liability associated with errors or omissions occur.
Resolves basic and routine administrative and customer service problems directly, and refers complex requests or inquiries to more senior staff.
Commercial Lines Account Associate essential functions include:
Performs a high volume and wide variety of insurance-related administrative tasks accurately and within required timeframes as directed/assigned by AM and/or AE including, but not limited to:
Processing Policy Endorsements and carrier Audits; identify errors and facilitate corrective actionsIssuing Auto ID CardsIssuing Certificates of Insurance and Evidences of Property Delivers excellent service at all times, including proactively anticipating needs, maintaining frequent and professional communication, and responding quickly to service requestsLives and champions IOA core values at all times, demonstrating the highest level of personal character, integrity, and servant leadershipOther duties as assigned Qualified candidates will have:

years of commercial lines insurance agency/brokerage experience An active P&C License/4-40 or 2-20 license preferredExceptional customer service skillsExcellent multi-tasking, organizational, delegation and decision-making skillsOutstanding verbal/written communication skillsAbility to perform large work volumes with high degrees of accuracyPC proficiency, including MS OfficeExceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times Great Reasons to Work at IOA include:
