- Leadership and Development - Developing, organizing, managing, and executing complex projects; delivering to cost, schedule, and performance as well as providing leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams. Demonstrating leadership within Launch Program Management and supporting the company philosophy and direction within that discipline
- Innovation - Ensuring the Innovation Process enables the completion of key activities so that Senior Management has appropriate information to make timely decisions at each critical gate; additionally you ll be exhibiting innovation in discovery, advancement, and evaluation of timely and cost-effective improvements, concepts, developments, or technical insight
- Proactive Approach - Foreseeing potential business or technical issues within the projects and proactively addressing them, ensuring contingency plans are available from each respective function as required while producing and executing detailed Gantt charts, managing technical details, schedules, and milestones effectively to meet company launch targets
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
- A Bachelor s in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field and extensive experience in R&D, Engineering, Operations or Business Management at a Consumer-Packaged Goods Company (CPG)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels
- Can you talk the talk? Negotiation and alignment driving skills are key

This role is based in Battle Creek, MI. This role requires travel and flexibility in your schedule since you will have the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, work overtime as needed and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
