Vehicle Description Premium, distinct, roomy, and given all the right investments to be a terrific cruiser - this 1967 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Convertible is the kind of 330 C.
U.
V8-powered classic that offers everything you want, including an affordable price.
The factory-correct Turquoise Blue paint and newer white top give this big Olds a mature and powerful first impression.
This was resprayed later in its life, but prior to my ownership.
So there's still a nice shine, which is essential in a convertible.
The overall finish and attitude are about a car that was made to be driven.
I like the sophisticated style of this Cutlass.
There's tasteful trim and no one was arguably better at incorporating chrome bumpers into the design than a 1960s Olds.
Factory original wire wheel covers in impeccable shape, with appropriate thin whitewall tires, and chromed, dual exhaust tips are there to give you a nice hint of sporty style.
The interior looks quite attractive with the matching blue details that coordinate with the exterior.
The driver's seat has several splits (on seat and back), but nothing that couldn't be corrected with a new set of seat covers.
There's a feeling of its being an enhanced cruiser with the original, stock AM/FM stereo, and functioning factory AC that still blows cold! The individual buckets feel great, there's a center console in-between.
All instrument gauges work, with the exception of the clock.
The power 2-speed transmission shifts flawlessly, and the power top goes up and down as it should you don't even have to leave the driver's seat to open this one up to the world.
Under the hood is an era-correct 330 cubic-inch V8.
Olds people will love pointing out all the correct pieces - from the golden block to the correct Jetfire Rocket air topper.
And having a proper Oldsmobile block under the hood is always something special.
Remember, they manufactured their own engines, and Oldsmobile purposely made them beefier than even some others across the GM line.
The V8 inhales deeply through a four-barrel carburetor, and it exhales with a subtly sweet rumble of the dual exhaust.
Plus, there's power steering, a two-speed automatic transmission, newer rear shocks/springs, power brakes.
There's a color coordinated boot in perfect condition for when you want to go topless.
On the road with the top down, she glides effortlessly, as a perfect cruiser should.
This is an impressively comfortable drop-top classic with all the right featuresextremely well-maintained, and without any rust anywhere.
Car has never seen winter weather during its lifetimeSo at a price like this, you know you need to hurry if you want to take it home.
